Account deletion

Request deletion of your NovaSIM account

You can request deletion of your NovaSIM account and associated personal data at any time. Some order, invoice, payment, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained where required by law.

Email request

Send us an email from the address linked to your NovaSIM account. Include your full name and, if available, any order number so we can verify and process the request.

From your account

If you can sign in, open your NovaSIM profile and contact support from there. This helps us verify that the request belongs to the account owner.

What happens next

  1. 1. We verify the request. We may ask for additional information to confirm account ownership.
  2. 2. We delete eligible data. Account profile data and non-required personal data will be removed from active systems.
  3. 3. We confirm completion. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.
