Pricing Policy
This Pricing Policy describes how prices are presented, taxes and fees applied, payment processing handled, and promotions managed. All payments are processed securely by our authorized payment processor.

1. Price display and currency
All prices are displayed in the currency you select from available options including USD, EUR, GBP, and other major currencies. We automatically detect your location and suggest your local currency where available. The final total price including all applicable taxes and fees is clearly displayed before payment confirmation. You will not be charged any amount beyond what is shown at checkout.
2. Taxes and regulatory fees
Applicable taxes are calculated and included at checkout based on your billing address: (a) VAT (Value Added Tax) for EU customers ranging from 17% to 27% depending on country; (b) GST (Goods and Services Tax) for applicable regions; (c) Sales tax for customers in tax-collecting jurisdictions; (d) Other local taxes or regulatory fees as required by law. All displayed prices are final and include applicable taxes unless your jurisdiction requires tax-exclusive pricing. Business customers in the EU may be eligible for VAT exemption with a valid VAT number.
3. Payment processing
All payments are securely processed by our payment processor, who acts as our Merchant of Record. The payment processor handles: (a) Payment processing and PCI compliance; (b) Tax calculation, collection, and remittance; (c) Fraud prevention and chargeback management; (d) Payment receipts and invoices. By making a purchase, you agree to our payment processor's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
4. Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods through our payment processor: (a) Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover; (b) Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal; (c) Local payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay, and others depending on your location. Payment method availability may vary by country and region.
5. Currency conversion and foreign transaction fees
If you pay in a currency different from your card's billing currency: (a) Our payment processor or your card issuer will convert the amount using their exchange rate at the time of transaction; (b) Your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees (typically 1-3%); (c) The final amount charged may differ slightly from the displayed price due to exchange rate fluctuations; (d) NovaSIM does not control or receive any currency conversion fees.
6. Promotions, discounts, and promo codes
We occasionally offer promotional discounts and promo codes. Terms for promotions: (a) Valid only for the specified time period, regions, and eligible products; (b) Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated; (c) May have minimum purchase requirements; (d) One-time use per customer unless otherwise indicated; (e) Cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to past purchases; (f) We reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse promotional codes or violate offer terms.
7. Price changes and price protection
Prices for eSIM plans may change at any time without prior notice for future purchases. However: (a) Completed purchases are honored at the price paid; (b) Active eSIMs are not affected by price changes; (c) Prices shown at checkout are guaranteed for 10 minutes to allow time to complete payment; (d) If a significant technical error causes an incorrect price display, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
8. Business and bulk purchases
Business customers purchasing multiple eSIMs may be eligible for volume discounts. Contact business@novasim.al for enterprise pricing, custom billing arrangements, or purchase orders exceeding $1,000 USD.
9. Receipt and invoices
After each purchase, you will receive: (a) An order confirmation email with purchase details; (b) A receipt from our payment processor with payment information; (c) An invoice (for VAT-registered businesses) with applicable tax details. Invoices can be downloaded from your account dashboard or requested at support@novasim.al.
