Data deletion
Request deletion of your NovaSIM data
You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you — such as notification tokens, app preferences, and analytics linked to your profile — while keeping your account active. Some order, invoice, payment, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained where required by law.
Email request
Send us an email from the address linked to your NovaSIM account. Include your full name and, if available, any order number so we can verify and process the request.

If you can sign in, open your NovaSIM profile and use the in-app “Delete my data” option. You will confirm the request with a code sent to your email.

- Personal data removed: push notification tokens, in-app notifications, notification preferences, app preferences, and the link between your profile and usage analytics.
- Kept (legal/accounting): order, invoice, and payment records, retained in anonymized or required form.
- Your account stays active. To remove the account entirely, use account deletion instead.
What happens next
- 1. We verify the request. We may ask for additional information to confirm account ownership.
- 2. We delete eligible data. Non-required personal data will be removed from active systems.
- 3. We confirm completion. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.
